INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI PER LA APP “La mia Trento”
Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 (GDPR), ed in generale in osservanza del principio di trasparenza previsto dal Regolamento medesimo, di seguito forniamo le informazioni in merito al trattamento dei dati personali nell’ambito della app “La Mia Trento”.
“La Mia Trento” è una app rivolta a cittadini e turisti di Trento che permette di accedere a un insieme di informazioni e servizi quali notizie, eventi, orari dei trasporti, orari della pulizia stradale, percorsi storico – culturali, oggetti smarriti, farmacie, ristoranti, alberghi e orari dei funerali.
Tali informazioni vengono presentate all’utente ordinandole, se possibile, in base alla “distanza” che tali informazioni o servizi hanno rispetto alla posizione dell’utente. Inoltre, per alcuni servizi come ad esempio le informazioni sulla pulizie delle strade e sui percorsi, la posizione dell’utente viene mostrata sulla mappa.
La posizione dell’utente viene utilizzata solamente a run-time per le funzioni appena descritte e non viene, in alcun modo, archiviata e conservata. La posizione dell’utente non viene condivisa con terzi all’interno o al di fuori della app. Il rilevamento della posizione dell’utente all’interno della app è reso opzionale ed è controllato dall’utente stesso. Al primo avvio dell’applicazione viene richiesto all’utente di autorizzare o negare l’uso della propria posizione. Nel caso l’autorizzazione venga negata la app semplicemente non presenta la posizione dell’utente sulla mappa e non propone la possibilità di ordinare le informazioni secondo la distanza dalla posizione dell’utente. Infine, entrando nelle impostazioni della app dal menù impostazioni del proprio sistema, l’utente può in ogni momento abilitare o disabilitare l’utilizzo all’interno della app della posizione rilevata dal dispositivo.
Considerando che i dati non vengono memorizzati e archiviati, non sono previste misure di sicurezza legate a questi aspetti e non sono nemmeno previste misure per la cancellazione di tali dati.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE APP “My Trento”
According to the provisions of article 13 of the EU Regulation N. 2016/679 (GDPR) and in observance of the transparency principle foreseen in Regulation self-same, we will give to you the information related to the personal data treatment in “La Mia Trento” app.
“La Mia Trento” is an app oriented to Trento’s citizens and tourists that allows access to a set of information and services such as news, events, public transport timetable, streets cleaning timetables, historical and cultural itineraries, lost and found, pharmacies, restaurants, hotel and funeral timetable.
This kind of information is presented to the user, ordered, if possible, also on the “distance” of this information or services with respect to the user position. Moreover, for some of these services such as information related to street cleaning and itineraries, the user position is shown on a map.
The position of the user is used only at run-time to use the explained functions and it is not stored or saved in any way. The position is not shared with third parties inside or outside the app. Collection of the position in the app is not mandatory and can be controlled by the user.
At the first start of the app, it is requested to the user to authorise or deny the position usage. In case of deny, the app will not show the user position on the map and it will be not possible to order the information based on the position of the user. Lastly, in the settings of the app inside the settings menu of their devices, users can at any time modify the usage of the position inside the app.
Considering the fact that the data are not stored or saved, no security measures related to these aspects are foreseen and also no measures are foreseen for the cancellation of these data.
